World’s first successful trial of Danby system, Brisbane City Council
1989 Sale of the United States, Canada and Mexico patents and licensing rights to Danby of North America Inc.
1991 Development of the Danby Product line
1991 (June) Tyco appointed licensee for Australia
1992 (January) Telerep appointed licensee for France
1992 (September) Bent Hasbo AS appointed licensee for Denmark, Norway & Sweden
1993 Tubemakers of Australia acquires Danby Pty Ltd.
1995 A.P.S. appointed licensee for Middle East, India and Pakistan
1998 Tubemakers of Australia decided to focus on the domestic market and retain Australian patent. They subsequently sell the worldwide patents back to Syd Molyneux and his partner Robert Watters who in turn formed Danby International Ltd.
1999 Sale of the Japanese patent and exclusive licensing rights to Kubota Corporation of Japan
2000 Permaline International appointed licensee for Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia
2001 Environmental Techniques Ltd. appointed Licensee for Ireland
2003 Environmental Techniques Ltd. acquire all Assets and Intellectual Property rights of Danby International
2004 Environmental Techniques and Insituform Technologies from joint venture in Ireland
